Flow Engineering is an AI-native platform enabling hardware teams to collaborate with AI agents to design and evolve complex systems efficiently.
You'll manage engineering and GTM requisitions from day one, developing sourcing strategies, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and priorities. You will learn to independently close candidates within six months in a competitive market.
Ideal candidates have 3-6 years of recruiting experience, especially those transitioning from agency recruiting seeking strategic roles, or recruiters/sourcers passionate about impactful talent strategies. Key strengths include storytelling, good judgment, organization, receptiveness to feedback, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice-to-have skills include experience sourcing/closing technical or GTM roles, familiarity with ATS platforms, and an interest in hardware development or AI-related fields.
