We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates across multiple locations. You will play a key role in helping us build a strong, reliable workforce in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Post job openings on job boards, social media, and other platforms
- Actively source candidates through Indeed, referrals, and outreach
- Screen applicants, conduct phone interviews, and schedule in-person interviews
- Coordinate hiring with managers and ensure positions are filled quickly
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Track applicants and hiring progress using internal systems
- Assist with onboarding and ensure new hires are ready to start
- Help improve recruiting strategies to attract better candidates
Requirements:
- Previous recruiting or hiring experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
- Organized and able to manage multiple positions at once
- Comfortable using job boards and basic computer systems
Preferred:
- Experience hiring caregivers, CNAs, or healthcare staff
- Familiar with platforms like When I Work or similar scheduling systems
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, with occasional after-hours communication as needed
