Candidate Sourcing, Finance, Leadership, Process Improvement, Recruiting/Staffing Agency, Sourcing Strategy
We are seeking experienced Recruiters / Talent Acquisition professionals at Junior, Senior, or Lead levels to join a specialized talent agency.
- Embed into clients' hiring teams, working closely with leadership to source and close top talent across tech, finance, GTM, and operations.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder alignment.
- Experience with technical, GTM, G&A, executive search, high-volume, or international hiring is preferred.
- Proficiency with ATS, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics required.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, optimize hiring processes, and enhance candidate experience.
- Open to candidates from internal HR, staffing agencies, or high-caliber organizations, with a focus on speed, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
- Opportunities to leverage industry relationships, work with modern sourcing strategies, and access direct communication with decision-makers.
