Key Responsibilities
Identifies and builds community partnerships to generate candidates in alignment with organization's High Volume hiring and program objectives.
Performs full life cycle recruiting utilizing various recruitment methods.
Guides hiring managers through the recruitment process to ensure compliance within external and internal regulatory agencies.
May participate in recruitment/networking events in support of military, diversity and niche expertise.
Serves as team member on staffing projects and initiatives impacting enterprise-wide Talent Acquisition strategies.
Participates in process efficiency and process improvement for Talent Acquisition.
Acquires and applies maturing knowledge of relevant human resources discipline(s), specifically employment law, policy and procedure.
Provides solutions and identifies appropriate issues for escalation.

Keeps candidates continually informed with high-touch communication throughout the entire hiring process. May negotiate salary per job requisition within approved range maintaining a fiduciary responsibility to the company.
Required Experience
2 years of progressive work experience in staffing, general human resources, and/or account relationship management, to include knowledge of applicable employment laws.
Prefer 2 or more years of recruiting experience in a large organization of 35,000 employees or more.
Prefer 2 years’ recruiting experience in a High Volume financial services.
Knowledge of state and federal laws regarding employment and hiring practices.
Knowledge of effective screening and interviewing techniques.
