    TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Bilingual Recruiter to join our team in San Antonio, Texas! 

    This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity with TMD Staffing! We are looking for candidates with staffing experience to join our growing team. 


    The Recruiter's primary objective is to recruit, interview, hire, conduct customer-specific orientations, place, monitor, and end assignments for temporary associates. We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in staffing and recruitment.


    JOB TITLE: Staffing Recruiter

    WORK ENVIRONMENT: In-Person | Office Setting

    LOCATION: San Antonio, TX 78209

    SHIFT: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8AM-5PM


    RECRUITER ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensure customer satisfaction by selecting and assigning qualified temporary associates.
    • Work independently to ensure efficient operations while maintaining compliance with company and client requirements.
    • Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding.
    • Assign and monitor temporary associates' assignments.
    • Process background checks and complete drug testing of prospective temporary associates.
    • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including job orders, placements, and performance reports.
    • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) put in place by Corporate.
    • Perform other duties as assigned. 


    RECRUITER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
    • 2+ years of experience in a staffing agency or in a customer-service role.
    • Ability to make independent decisions that impact overall operations and customer satisfaction.
    • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Experience managing data entry, reporting, and ATS systems.
    • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
    • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
