Overview
We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support our Salt Lake City manufacturing operations. This role will provide full-cycle recruiting support while a team member is on leave. The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing and engineering recruitment and can quickly step in to manage a high volume of technical requisitions.
This position requires someone who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume, and complex manufacturing environment, partnering closely with hiring managers to maintain momentum on critical roles.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and engineering positions
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities
Source, screen, and qualify candidates for engineering and technical manufacturing roles
Drive recruiting efforts for positions, including:
Automation & Controls Engineering
Process Engineering
Quality Engineering
Other technical and manufacturing engineering roles
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Maintain accurate tracking and reporting within the applicant tracking system
Keep requisitions moving efficiently to meet hiring timelines
Qualifications
3+ years of recruiting experience, with strong emphasis on manufacturing and engineering roles
Demonstrated experience hiring for technical positions such as automation, controls, process, and quality engineers
Experience supporting medical manufacturing environments strongly preferred
Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing organizations (experience in environments similar to Flex is a plus)
Ability to ramp up quickly and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficient with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
