Recruiter - Recruiter II

Location: Seattle, Washington (Onsite)

Employment Type: Contract


Role Overview

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will build and maintain a network of candidates, manage the full recruiting lifecycle, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience. This role involves managing multiple searches and projects while adhering to established processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a network of active and passive candidates through ongoing relationship management.
  • Screen and assess candidates to determine job fit and anticipate hiring manager preferences.
  • Drive and assess the health of the candidate pipeline volume and velocity.
  • Execute sourcing strategies to meet performance goals.
  • Adhere to internal company processes and service level agreements for all aspects of recruiting.
  • Manage all job postings and maintain current and active positions in recruiting systems.
  • Ensure consistent messaging to protect data integrity and support reporting.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.

Required Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.

Experience: 3-4 years of recruiting experience, specifically in sourcing. Experience building a candidate sourcing pipeline is necessary. Experience with passive sourcing is a plus.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with an applicant tracking system (ATS) for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates is required.


Compensation & Benefits

The pay rate for this position is between $39.00 and $49.00 per hour. Specific compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications. A benefits package is available to eligible employees.
