Our Client, a Retail and Departmental Stores company, is looking for a Recruiter for their Plano, TX/Hybrid location.

Responsibilities:

This role will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers, and help deliver a strong candidate experience from sourcing through offer.
Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned openings
Partner with hiring managers on intake, candidate profiles, and hiring strategy
Source, screen, and advance qualified candidates
Maintain accurate records and workflow in the ATS
Support offer process and hiring decisions
Help meet recruiting demand with speed, quality, and strong execution

Requirements:

Please ensure that all submitted candidates have relevant retail experience, as profiles without this will not be considered.
3–5+ years of recruiting experience
ATS experience required - iCIMS preferred
AI experience a plus - ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot etc.
