Key Responsibilities:
● You're primary focus will be conducting 8-10 interviews daily.
● Own the candidate journey from resume review through offer acceptance and have a strong drive for results and exceeding daily metrics and KPIs.
● Partner with school leaders to understand their staffing needs and ensure we place the right educators in the right classrooms.
● Work collaboratively with a team of sourcers and recruiters who support one another, celebrate wins, and work together toward our shared mission.
● Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our joyful, rigorous, and high-performing culture.
