Responsibilities include owning the full recruiting cycle—sourcing, screening, building talent pipelines, managing client and candidate relationships, hitting KPIs, process improvement, and ATS management.
Qualifications include 3+ years of recruiting experience in manufacturing or related fields, proficiency with ATS platforms (Bullhorn preferred), strong relationship-building skills, self-motivation, and adaptability. A high school diploma is required; a degree in HR or business is a plus.
