As a Recruiter for the Marketing, Product, and Creative pipelines, you will help shape how we attract, engage, and hire the talent that brings our commitment to bridging people and opportunity to life. Supporting Gap Inc.’s brands, you will lead full-cycle recruiting across functions including design, marketing, digital, inventory management, product development, and creative merchandising.

Operating within a Center of Excellence (COE) model, you partner with hiring managers and HR to translate business needs into thoughtful hiring strategies, build diverse pipelines, and deliver a high-quality, consistent experience. You bring strong execution, curiosity about the market, and a focus on continuously improving how we work.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR to align on hiring needs, role requirements, and talent profiles, helping shape and execute effective search strategies

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment through the Sr Manager level, managing multiple searches simultaneously from intake through offer

  • Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing techniques, networking, and recruiting tools

  • Provide market insights and pipeline updates to inform hiring decisions and manage expectations throughout the process

  • Ensure a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience through clear communication, thoughtful engagement, and consistent follow-through

  • Use data (e.g., pipeline health, time-to-fill, conversion metrics) to guide recruiting activity and drive outcomes

  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability across searches, proactively identifying risks and solving problems to keep processes moving

  • Execute against TA processes and playbooks, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness

  • Leverage sourcing technologies, AI-enabled tools, LinkedIn, and ATS platforms to enhance pipeline development and execution

  • Collaborate across the TA team and COE to share best practices, support team priorities, and ensure consistency across searches

Who You Are

  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting independently across multiple roles and functions

  • Strong ability to build relationships and effectively partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders

  • Solid understanding of sourcing strategies and pipeline development, with the ability to attract and engage diverse talent

  • Effective communicator who provides clear updates, manages expectations, and influences at the hiring manager level

  • Organized and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality

  • Demonstrates sound judgment and professionalism in candidate and stakeholder interactions

  • Problem solver who navigates ambiguity with a solutions-oriented and adaptable approach

  • Experience using recruiting technologies (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS, sourcing tools) to support execution and efficiency

  • Collaborative team player who contributes to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team environment

  • Open to feedback and continuous learning, with a desire to grow recruiting expertise and impact

  • Role is in office full time and based in San Francisco

About the Company

T

The Gap

Doris and Don Fisher opened the first Gap store in 1969 with a simple idea -- to make it easier to find a pair of jeans and a commitment to do more. Over the last 46 years, the company has grown from a single store to a global fashion business with five brands -- Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Athleta and Intermix. Gap's clothes are available in 90 countries worldwide through 3,300 company-operated stores, almost 400 franchise stores, and e-commerce sites and is still growing. Many companies work to improve their services and businesses every day by using GAP Testers who anonymously go into various places and report back to the companies on everything from cleanliness, customer service to quality control. Being a tester is a very flexible, fun job with lots of benefits.
