Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hiring initiatives within Banking Operations. This role is responsible for proactively sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent while partnering closely with hiring managers and recruiting team members to deliver an efficient, scalable, and positive hiring experience.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and has experience recruiting for operational, project management, platform/application management, or data governance-related positions.Top Skills Required 5+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume operations environment Experience recruiting for project management, platform/application management, or data governance roles (1+ year preferred) Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday, and Microsoft Office applications Key Responsibilities Proactively source, assess, and recruit candidates for high-volume Banking Operations positions. Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple open requisitions while meeting hiring timelines and business objectives. Partner with hiring managers and recruiting team members to develop effective hiring strategies and workforce plans. Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines using a variety of sourcing channels and recruitment techniques. Deliver a streamlined, compliant, and cost-effective recruiting process. Utilize recruiting metrics, market data, and hiring trends to improve recruitment outcomes and drive decision-making. Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
