Location: Salt Lake City, UT 84104

Duration: 6+ months of contract and possibility of extension

Shift Timing: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work Type: Hybrid role (50% Onsite)

Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Recruiter II to support full life cycle recruiting operations for a leading healthcare and biotechnology organization in Salt Lake City, UT.

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates across multiple professional roles while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

• This role requires strong sourcing capabilities, ATS expertise, LinkedIn Recruiter experience, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing through onboarding coordination.

• Post job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms and job boards.

• Source and identify qualified candidates using ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, and other recruiting tools.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations and phone screenings.

• Coordinate and manage a 2-step interview process between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular recruiting updates to hiring teams.

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical and professional hiring requirements.

• Schedule interviews and maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Track candidate activity, interview feedback, and hiring progress within the ATS system.

• Support recruiting strategies focused on compensation, diversity, and equal employment initiatives.

• Handle multiple requisitions and prioritize recruitment activities effectively.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent recruiting experience.

• 2–5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience required.

• Previous experience recruiting for professional or technical positions preferred.

• Experience working in corporate, agency, or MSP/VMS recruiting environments is a plus.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

• Strong sourcing and talent pipeline management experience.

• Hands-on experience using ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all platforms.

• Ability to screen and evaluate candidates effectively.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications.

• Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and recruitment teams.

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment technologies.
