  • Deliver consistent, high quality candidate pipelines in a competitive market through proactive direct sourcing, networking, and talent mapping
  • Partner closely with assigned hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to support job description refinement, clarify role requirements, and align on approved compensation ranges and hiring parameters
  • Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process, setting accurate expectations related to role scope, process, timing, and compensation
  • Provide regular pipeline updates to hiring managers and Talent Acquisition partners, offering candidate insights, pipeline health metrics, and market feedback to inform hiring decisions.
  • Support and facilitate the offer process, including candidate engagement, alignment to approved compensation ranges, and coordination with Talent Acquisition leadership through offer completion
  • Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting priorities and supporting multiple stakeholders across levels of the organization
  • Ensure all recruiting activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements
  • Follow established Talent Acquisition processes and tools, and support hiring managers by reinforcing standard recruiting practices and expectations

  • Strong, recent hands-on experience with core recruiting techniques, including direct sourcing, screening, candidate assessment, and pipeline management
  • Prior experience in sales recruiting, preferably within financial services, strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience recruiting for External Wholesale roles is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively source and engage passive candidates through direct outreach and networking
  • Proven success filling roles where 60%+ of candidate pipelines are generated through sourcing rather than inbound applications
  • Experience supporting compensation discussions and offer execution within predefined ranges, including candidate education and alignment through the offer process
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leaders, supported by clear, concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience recruiting within financial services or similarly regulated environments preferred
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Self-directed and highly accountable, with strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of HR policies, recruiting processes, and compliance requirements, with the ability to operate within established procedures and tools
