Who You Are:
As a Recruiter I for Butler Plus, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and high-performance standards of the company. You will conduct recruiting functions for all Butler positions, to include posting job requisitions, creating job offers, and processing on-boarding. As a Recruiter I, you will assist with recruitment functions. You will handle a variety of HR responsibilities, including record-keeping, metrics, team member communication and engagement.
As a Recruiter I, youmust be self-motivated and able to self-manage and motivate others. The ability to WOW both customers and team members every day.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruiting and interview process for all butler positions.
- Maintain the upkeep of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platform.
- Take ownership of the hiring process, ensuring the team follows the correct protocol. Innovate new ideas and avenues to recruit positions effectively.
- Coordinate the onboarding of new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Interface with field teams nationally to support recruitment and onboarding efforts.
- File papers and documents into proper electronic employee files.
- Serve as a brand ambassador and culture expert, embodying the company's values and fostering a positive work environment.
- Demonstrate creativity and flexibility, adapting to shifting priorities and multitasking effectively.
- Possess an outgoing personality and thrive in a fast-paced and growing industry.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of human resource processes and best practices.
- Effective interpersonal and conflict management skills.
- Professional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Demonstrate a sense of understanding and urgency for priorities.
- Intermediate or above level computer skills required, with proficiency in Microsoft applications and Internet programs.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision, driven by self-motivation.

Preferred Qualifications:
- An associate degree in human resources or related field is preferred.
