YOUR MISSION
Build and manage a network of top Engineering and GTM talent, owning the full recruitment cycle. Act as a strategic partner to candidates and startup clients to deliver swift, high-quality placements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
FULL-CYCLE RECRUITMENT & EXECUTION
- Handle sourcing through closing for diverse startup clients.
- Align with clients on hiring needs and goals.
TALENT NETWORK & RELATIONSHIP BUILDING
- Develop long-term relationships within the Bay Area tech scene.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for rapid placements.
- Effectively sell opportunities to candidates.
SCREENING & QUALITY CONTROL
- Conduct candidate screens ensuring high-quality shortlists.
- Balance AI automation with human connection for a premium experience.
- Identify and resolve process friction for startup speed without sacrificing quality.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Proven full-cycle recruitment experience managing complex funnels.
- Agency background or experience in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Startup mindset with enthusiasm for AI-driven disruption.
- Familiarity with the Bay Area tech ecosystem is preferred.
