YOUR MISSION

Build and manage a network of top Engineering and GTM talent, owning the full recruitment cycle. Act as a strategic partner to candidates and startup clients to deliver swift, high-quality placements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

FULL-CYCLE RECRUITMENT & EXECUTION

  • Handle sourcing through closing for diverse startup clients.
  • Align with clients on hiring needs and goals.
TALENT NETWORK & RELATIONSHIP BUILDING
  • Develop long-term relationships within the Bay Area tech scene.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for rapid placements.
  • Effectively sell opportunities to candidates.
SCREENING & QUALITY CONTROL
  • Conduct candidate screens ensuring high-quality shortlists.
  • Balance AI automation with human connection for a premium experience.
  • Identify and resolve process friction for startup speed without sacrificing quality.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Proven full-cycle recruitment experience managing complex funnels.
  • Agency background or experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills.
  • Startup mindset with enthusiasm for AI-driven disruption.
  • Familiarity with the Bay Area tech ecosystem is preferred.
