HR Additions has partnered with a premier company in search of a Recruiter. This role is contract to hire and is hybrid(1 day in office per week).
Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on hiring needs, timelines, and candidate profiles
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on sourcing strategies and hiring approaches to attract quality talent
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other recruiting channels
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate next steps with hiring teams
  • Present qualified candidates and provide insights on candidate fit
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates regarding status and next steps
  • Track and manage candidate activity within the ATS, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future needs
  • Represent at job fairs, networking events, and recruiting initiatives.


Qualifications


  • Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency and/or in-house)

  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
    Experience recruiting within corporate, healthcare, or professional services environments is a plus
