CBIZ Talent Solutions is assisting their valued IT Services client in Suffolk County with their search for a Contract Recruiter to support their continued growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, relationship-focused recruiter to make an immediate impact with a growing organization. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle across a mix of technical and non-technical roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract top talent and help build high-performing teams.

Location: Suffolk County, NY
Schedule: 100% onsite to start, with potential for a hybrid schedule based on performance and mastery of the role.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and candidate profiles
- Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates
- Build talent pipelines through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Coordinate interviews, pre-employment screenings, and onboarding activities
- Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience
- Technical recruiting experience is a plus
- Strong sourcing, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment
- ATS experience required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Compensation Range: $30hr-$38hr
