Temp-to-Hire Recruiter / College Sourcer (Aerospace Talent Acquisition Support)
Connecticut (Hybrid/Onsite as needed) | Contract-to-Hire | Aerospace Industry

We are seeking a motivated Recruiter / College Sourcer to support a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in networking, relationship-building, and proactive sourcing of early-career and skilled talent. You will play a key role in building strong pipelines through college outreach, community engagement, and targeted candidate sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:
* Source, identify, and engage candidates for aerospace manufacturing and engineering roles
* Build and maintain relationships with colleges, trade schools, and technical programs
* Conduct proactive outreach via LinkedIn, networking events, job fairs, and community partnerships
* Develop talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill technical roles
* Screen candidates for qualifications, interest, and cultural fit
* Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and priorities
* Track candidate activity and maintain accurate ATS records
* Support employer branding efforts through campus and community engagement

What We're Looking For:
* 1–3+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house)
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills, comfortable engaging candidates and school partners
* Experience with or interest in technical, manufacturing, or aerospace environments preferred
* College recruiting or early-career talent sourcing experience strongly preferred
* Highly proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
* Strong communication skills and professional presence
