Help clients hire better people faster


At Discovered, we help growing companies improve the quality of their hires and reduce time to fill through better hiring systems, software, and support. We are looking for a Client Success Specialist who can deliver an exceptional client experience while also bringing real-world knowledge of the recruiting and hiring process.


This is not a generic customer support role. We need someone who understands how hiring works in the real world -- someone who has recruiting experience and can confidently help clients solve both platform questions and hiring-process challenges.


To be clear this is not a recruiter position.


However we REQUIRE recent experience as a recruiter. At least 1 year of recruiting experience within the last 5 years of work history.


Agency recruiting with diverse recruiting experience is preferred over in house recruiters


This is a remote / Work From Home/ WFH Position


What You'll Do


  • Support clients by email, phone, and Zoom with fast, thoughtful, solution-oriented communication
  • Help clients use our platform effectively to improve hiring outcomes
  • Troubleshoot client issues and provide clear step-by-step guidance
  • Lead onboarding and re-onboarding conversations with clients and users
  • Create follow-up emails, Loom videos, and helpful resource recommendations
  • Manage client requests, notes, and ticket workflows in HubSpot
  • Identify common client issues, bugs, training gaps, and feature requests
  • Support renewals, quarterly check-ins, and overall client satisfaction
  • Help clients apply hiring best practices, not just software settings

What We're Looking For


  • Required: 1 + years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Strong understanding of the hiring process, including screening, interview workflows, candidate experience, and hiring best practices
  • Experience in client success, account management, recruiting operations, support, or another client-facing role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to explain complex ideas in simple, practical terms
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable using technology, CRMs, and AI tools
  • Able to balance urgency, empathy, and problem-solving

HubSpot, Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Calendly, Stripe, QuickBooks, Zapier, ChatGPT, and internal knowledge base resources.

Compensation


  • $70,000 Base
  • Annual bonus $5,000 to $10,000
  • Commission on new sales 10% to 20% 1st year annual revenue. From referred clients
  • Uncapped commission income. Expected is $10,000 to $20,000 annually
