Recruiter Business Partner

Location: Seattle, Washington

Role Overview

Our organization is seeking a talented, customer-focused Recruiting Business Partner to join a global recruiting organization. This role involves supporting technical teams to drive candidate generation strategies in partnership with clients. The ideal candidate thrives in an innovative, fast-paced environment and possesses extensive knowledge of talent acquisition and business functional areas, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches, managing customer expectations through an understanding of return on investment.
  • Recruit passive technical and non-technical candidates, with a focus on gauging chemistry for role fit and understanding motivation.
  • Provide strategic guidance and act as an advisor to business leaders on matters related to hiring by delivering results.
  • Develop sourcing models and plans to generate talent pools and create robust search strategies.
  • Recommend and implement ideas and strategies related to recruitment that contribute to long-range company growth.
  • Articulate recruitment plans in writing, including deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process.
  • Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification.
  • Participate in or own special projects and recruiting initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years of technical recruiting in a high-volume and high-hiring-bar environment. Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies is required.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
  • Experience creating, measuring, and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.

Compensation

The pay rate for this position is between $47.00/hour and $50.00/hour.
