Overview
As a Recruiter at Joule (a division or System One), you will play a vital role in driving our success by sourcing, recruiting, and placing top talent in the scientific, healthcare, and clinical fields.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Sourcing and Recruitment:
• Utilize various tools and platforms to identify and attract qualified candidates
• Conduct targeted searches to discover potential candidates.
• Develop and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
• Proactively source candidates through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
• Assess and evaluate the candidate’s qualifications for open positions.
• Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate, interest and salary expectations.
• Schedule, coordinate, and prepare candidates for interviews
• Conduct post-interview debrief with candidates to gather feedback and assess interest.
• Extend offers to qualified candidates
• Ensure all compliance requirements have been satisfied
• Collaborate with Team to generate leads and market intelligence
• Consistently achieve or exceed weekly key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements:
EDUCATION
• Bachelor's degree in a business or science field
EXPERIENCE
• 2-5 years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting role (agency/staffing)
• Demonstrated success in a productivity-focused recruiting environment
SKILLS
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Experience with social media platforms
• Ability to use online research tools and databases to identify potential candidates.
• Negotiation, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and unexpected situations.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in recruiting tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to network and build relationships
