Outgoing, energetic, goal crusher, organized - If this describes you, then you may be just the person we are looking for. We have an immediate opening for a Recruiter Assistant. In this role you will be identifying top talent to fill company openings as well as handling administrative task such as employee on-boarding, payroll assistance, and general correspondence. This position is all about helping people and you must love working with the public!
 
Skills needed:
  • Previous experience in recruiting preferred
  • Computer Savvy in all MS Office products
  • Previous experience using Canva to create social media content preferred
  • Must have 1+ year's experience working in an office position
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience answering high volume calls
  • Ability to administer drug screens daily
  • Previous experience handling on-boarding paperwork to include I-9 and Everify
  • Previous experience using job boards to find candidates strongly preferred
 
This position offers a Monday- Friday daytime schedule with full benefits opportunity. Pay will be based off experience level. Please note once your application has been reviewed you may be asked to complete additional testing in MS Office as well as a personality traits test.
