Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 per year

We are seeking a Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to join our team in Greer, SC. This is a direct-hire opportunity for an energetic, people-focused professional with staffing industry experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, passionate about connecting talent with opportunities, and skilled in building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial and administrative roles
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified applicants
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand hiring needs
- Coordinate onboarding processes, including orientation and paperwork
- Manage job postings, recruitment campaigns, and community outreach
- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish with candidates and clients
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Requirements:- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Staffing agency experience is mandatory
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proficient with computers and applicant tracking systems
