I'm currently working with a leading global financial services firm in Manhattan that is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team on an immediate basis.

Client Details

The client is a leading global financial services firm with a strong presence in Manhattan, recognized for its fast-paced, high-performance culture and sophisticated international operations. They are currently seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support hiring across key business areas, partnering closely with senior stakeholders in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Description

* Manage full-cycle recruitment across assigned business areas
* Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
* Source, screen, and assess candidates using multiple channels and tools
* Coordinate and facilitate interview processes in a timely and efficient manner
* Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS and ensure data integrity
* Extend offers and support onboarding coordination as needed
* Provide market insights and hiring updates to stakeholders
* Ensure a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process

Profile

* 2-5 years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
* Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience within financial services or corporate environments preferred
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
* Proficient with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
