We are looking for a full-time Retail RV Sales Representative to join our team on-site in Elkhart, IN.
Role Overview:
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing recreational vehicles, build strong client relationships, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, preparing sales documentation, and collaborating with team members to meet sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in sales techniques, customer service, and client relationship management
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation, active listening, and follow-up abilities
- Knowledge of the RV industry and outdoor activities is a plus
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented
- Basic CRM software skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
