  • Oversee daily recreation operations: Manage all aspects of day-to-day recreation services, including guest experience, food and beverage offerings, marketing, merchandising, reservations, systems, budgeting, and reporting
  • Lead engaging programs and activities: Oversee the coordination and promotion of all recreation offerings, including pool and water activities, tennis tournaments, children's programs, and special events
  • Enhance guest service delivery: Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction trends, proactively addressing concerns and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Inspire and develop the team: Train, supervise, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build an engaged and high-performing team
  • Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
