The role requires effective communication, planning skills, and the ability to create inclusive, safe environments for a diverse population, including youth, adults, seniors, and those with disabilities. Candidates should have completed 8th grade, be physically capable of lifting 50 pounds, and preferably have teaching experience, bilingual skills, and CPR/First Aid certification.
