They provide information about programs, schedules, and leagues, assist with equipment organization, and ensure the facility remains clean and organized.
The role involves answering phones professionally, addressing participant inquiries or directing them appropriately, and supporting special events.
Work hours are 15-19 hours weekly, with varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings until 9pm, and some Saturdays.
Applicants need a High School Diploma or equivalent, six months customer service experience, CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it, and a valid Texas driver’s license. Bilingual skills are preferred.
