- conducting pool chemical testing, safety inspections, and facility maintenance, which makes up 40%. The incumbent provides aquatic training, manages safety protocols, and acts as a liaison during emergencies. Qualifications include knowledge of water safety, chemical testing, and rescue techniques. The position requires adherence to safety policies, effective communication, and ability to work under supervision. Salary depends on experience, with potential for a probationary period and participation in government safety protocols. COVID-19 vaccination requirements are currently not enforced due to legal considerations.
