Requirements:

• A high school diploma and certain certifications may be required.
• More education or experience with nursing homes, short-term rehabilitation, recreational activities, event planning, or related may be preferred.
• Physical fitness's, ability to walk, dance, stand, lift, or meet other physical demands.
• Adaptability and strong organization and time management skills.
• Excellent resource management and record-keeping
• Patience and compassion when dealing with others, especially those who are sick, injured, elderly, or from different backgrounds.
• Flexibility to work when needed, especially some evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to adhere to and enforce all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Outgoing, warm, upbeat, energetic and caring personality.
• Ability to create a program to get Residents involved and excited.
• Dependable, Reliable and able to supervise activities, special events for the Residents.
• Demonstrates good listening and communication skills and follow through.
• Must be reliable, fun and engaging for Resident activities.
• Must have Long term care experience.
• Must work as a team player.
• Musical/ Artistic talent is a plus..
