About the Role
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Records Research Technicians to support a project focused on reviewing and scanning historical infrastructure data across Florida. In this role, you will travel to designated client offices to review information about historical infrastructure.

What You’ll Do
- Visit client offices, review historical asset data and scan documents for project team to process
- Accurately input and submit collected data in a timely manner
- Follow project guidelines to ensure completeness and quality of data
- Communicate progress, issues and any challenges to the project team
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working independently in an office-based environment
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Basic proficiency with smartphones or tablets for data entry
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Preferred (Not Required)
- Prior experience in natural gas or other utility industries
- Familiarity with records research
