What you will be doing: You'll be responsible for clerical tasks, systems and procedures related to student records administration in accordance with government and management directives.

Essential functions:

• Maintain and audit student records for the purpose of accountability, pay and allowance, government paid travel, clothing allowance, status reports, arrival and separation from center.
• Prepare and review intake packets. Proofread records or forms including arrival and release files; copy needed information from one record to another as required.
• Operate electronic data processing equipment.
• Provide positive, quality customer services to students, staff and other center customers.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One (1) year of clerical, administrative or related experience, including computer data entry experience is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up 20 lbs.
• Valid driver''s license with an acceptable driving record required.
