Overview:

As the Recording Refund Coordinator you will follow up, review and audit all post disbursement transactions. 

 

What you will do 

 

  • Daily Trial Balance Review
  • Would review and audit recording fee ledgers, issue refunds via check or wire based on state and client specific guidelines

  • Review all stale dated check reports, and perform due diligence
  • Review and manage all escheatment responses and submissions to vendors
  • Work closely with Closing Operations, Treasury, and Disbursement teams

  • Strong Customer Service Focus
  • Clear Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Strong Attention to Detail, Including Data Entry Proficiency
  • Ability to Work in Fast-Paced Environment and Meet Deadlines
  • Capability to Work both independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-Solving Mindset with Ability to Multitask
  • Familiarity with Computers, including Online Searching and Typing
