Job Overview:
The Record Specialist is responsible for supporting daily operational processes by reviewing, updating, and maintaining accurate records within company systems. This role involves processing work orders, validating data accuracy, monitoring workflow queues, and supporting reporting and compliance efforts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and process tickets and work orders within company systems.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data integrity across multiple platforms.
  • Research and resolve discrepancies related to records, materials, billing, and work order statuses.
  • Monitor assigned workflow queues and take timely action on pending items.
  • Support compliance and audit activities by reviewing records for accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate professionally with internal departments, field personnel, contractors, and stakeholders regarding record updates or corrections.
  • Assist with identifying process gaps and recommending operational improvements.
  • Meet daily and monthly productivity and accuracy expectations.

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Capable of working with people of diverse backgrounds and varying levels of experience.
  • Must be able to effectively prioritize work and multi-task to complete assignments on time.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Some college, college degree, or certificate is a plus.

Pay Range: $23.00- $25.00
