Pay Scale: Base hourly rate ranges between $30.00 – $40.00 per hour.

What You’ll Do


• Perform full vehicle reconditioning, including mechanical and safety repairs
 • Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, suspension, brake, and electrical systems
 • Complete multi-point inspections and identify repair needs
 • Perform maintenance services such as oil changes, fluid services, and filter replacements
 • Prepare used vehicles for front-line readiness and resale
 • Ensure all repairs meet dealership quality and safety standards
 • Maintain clean, organized work area and proper tool care
 • Communicate effectively with service advisors and recon team


What We’re Looking For


• Previous automotive technician or reconditioning experience required
 • Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
 • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment
 • Experience with multiple vehicle makes and models preferred
 • Valid California driver’s license with clean driving record
 • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability


Preferred Experience


• Experience working on ½ ton trucks and larger vehicles
 • Diesel truck experience a plus
 • Multi-brand automotive repair experience
 • Prior dealership or high-volume recon experience
