Job Overview:

As the Receptionist you will help the property operations run smoothly by greeting visitors, answering phone calls and performing general administrative tasks.

Compensation: $15.50 - $17.50 per hour, based on experience

FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client''s property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client''s directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, and answer questions
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite, friendly and professional manner
  • Maintain reception area and common areas in a clean and tidy manner
  • Receive deliveries; sort and distribute mail and packages
  • Assist in organizing office events and meetings
  • Update new and existing homeowners' information in the appropriate system
  • Assist homeowners with general inquiries
  • Assist homeowners in making payments
  • Assist in dispersing key fobs to residents
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Friendly, outgoing and personable
  • Able to identify issues and resolve before problems arise
  • Able to work independently with little supervision
  • Superb judgment and decision-making skills
  • Able to prioritize and adjust to incoming demands
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Tremendous listener with the ability to diffuse tense situations
  • Proficient with MS Office suite

Education and Experience:

  • Customer service experience (required)
  • HOA and/ or property management experience is a plus

Physical Requirements:

  • Work in a typical office environment, using a computer
  • Sit and/or stand for lengthy periods of time
  • Able to lift objects weighing up to 30 pounds

Work Location: Vail, AZ

Work Hours: Monday/Friday 1pm-5pm Saturday 7am-11am, Sunday 8am-12pm
