ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2021 and is a growing team of four focused on building a positive, high-performing environment. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in the oil and gas industry, bringing a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset into the agency.
I attended Oklahoma State University, where I ran cross country and track. I’m a proud parent of two daughters, and we stay very active as a family. I’m also highly involved in the community, serving with the Brookside Business Association, a local Neighborhood Association, and the Tulsa Triathletes board. I also enjoy giving back by coaching middle school cross country and track.

Chuck Sloan - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
