About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, organized Receptionist with strong customer service skills to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will be professional, responsive, and able to handle a fast-paced front desk environment. Bilingualism is required.
Key Responsibilities

Greet clients and visitors in person and professionally answer calls.
Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Manage front desk operations (appointments, scheduling, check-in/out).
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and general correspondence.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Support office/admin tasks as needed (data entry, filing, forms, etc.).
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications / Requirements

Experience required in a receptionist and/or customer service role.
Bilingual is a must (English/Spanish).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional phone manner and customer-focused attitude.
Comfortable using computer systems (e.g., scheduling, email, basic office software).
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Reliability and punctuality.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Experience in a professional office environment (medical, legal, real estate, etc.).
Experience with appointment scheduling systems.
