ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Christopher Melly - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We’re currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

The ideal candidate must be bilingual (Spanish/English). You’ll communicate clearly and professionally with a diverse client base and provide accurate support in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

We’re only hiring bilingual Spanish speakers. If you’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping others, we’d love to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Greet customers warmly in person and by phone/email, and route them to the right team members
• Manage appointment scheduling and day-to-day office communications
• Assist with customer inquiries and maintain accurate customer records
• Engage with prospective and existing customers and help identify insurance needs
• Provide outstanding customer service and follow up to ensure customers’ needs are met
• Support the team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Comfortable having customer conversations and helping with insurance options
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) and familiarity with CRM systems (preferred)
