ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2018 and has grown into a team of seven who work together in a supportive, family-oriented environment. Before becoming an agent, I worked in retail management, where I developed strong leadership skills and a passion for building high-performing teams.
I hold an M.B.A. from the University of Houston–Clear Lake and am married with a daughter. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, staying active with sports, and getting outdoors whenever possible.
Community involvement is very important to me. I serve as a board member for Keep Pearland Beautiful, volunteer with Pearland FFA and the Houston Livestock Show, and am a member of the Pearland Lion’s Club. Chris Tulloch - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
