ABOUT OUR AGENCY:I've been in the insurance industry for 20 years and currently lead a team of 10. Throughout my career, I've been passionate about helping customers protect what matters most while building a team that supports one another and enjoys coming to work each day. I also love developing future leaders, and two of my current team members are preparing to become State Farm agents themselves.
Our agency believes in building relationships both inside and outside the office. We work hard, celebrate our successes, and make time to connect as a team, including getting together every other Friday evening to have fun and strengthen our relationships.
We offer competitive pay, commission opportunities, paid time off, retirement benefits, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in investing in our team's success and creating opportunities for long-term career growth.
Our culture is energetic, collaborative, and growth-focused. We're looking for someone who is a true team player, enjoys helping others, and wants to be part of a high-performing office.
