RESPONSIBILITIES: - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferred but not required. Willing to train the right person.
- Warm, happy, positive, outgoing.
- Comfortable with engaging customers in conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
