ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in January 2025 and currently have a team of three. Before becoming an agent, I spent 4.5 years as a team member and six years working in claims for State Farm, which gave me a deep understanding of both sides of the business.
I come from a State Farm family — my brother is also an agent. I went to Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, and outside of work I love fishing, playing golf, traveling, and catching sporting events. I’m also actively involved in the Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
