We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist / Secretary to join our growing law firm. This is an on-site role focused on providing administrative and front-desk support to ensure the office runs smoothly.
The ideal candidate will have strong phone and communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate team members
  • Take accurate messages and relay information promptly
  • File and organize legal and administrative documents
  • Prepare and mail invoices and other correspondence
  • Make trips to the post office as needed
  • Assist with general office and clerical tasks
  • Maintain professional communication with clients and vendors
Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette
