We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist / Secretary to join our growing law firm. This is an on-site role focused on providing administrative and front-desk support to ensure the office runs smoothly.
The ideal candidate will have strong phone and communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate team members
- Take accurate messages and relay information promptly
- File and organize legal and administrative documents
- Prepare and mail invoices and other correspondence
- Make trips to the post office as needed
- Assist with general office and clerical tasks
- Maintain professional communication with clients and vendors
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic office technology
- Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, secretary, or law firm experience is a plus
