MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the Receptionist/Registrar is to provide high-quality customer service to Mentoring Alliance constituents and to execute programmatic registration processes.


KEY RESULT AREAS

1. Performs Reception Duties:

  • Greet office guests of Mentoring Alliance.
  • Answers questions and connects guests to the appropriate staff members.
  • Answers Mentoring Alliance's main telephone line in an upbeat and friendly manner.
  • Returns missed calls, voicemails, and emails received at the reception desk.

2. Manages Registration Activities:

  • Execute all aspects of the registration process for the After School and Summer Camp Programs.
  • Communicates with members and parents to answer registration and account questions.
  • Take payments in person or over the phone.
  • Registers members and parents in the Enrollsy database.

3. Provides Regional Administrative Support:

  •  Provides administrative support, including but not limited to bulk mailings, recordkeeping, and events.
  • Provides administrative support to RSS as needed.

4. Other Duties as Assigned by Supervisor and/or the regional Executive Director:

  • Serves on appropriate committees; attends staff meetings, board meetings, and other staff functions.
  • Strengthens teamwork, collaboration, alignment, morale, transparency, credibility, and trust throughout the ministry.
  • Fulfilled necessary tasks, projects, or roles assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Administrative experience required
  • Word processing and general computer experience required
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Some college preferrerd
  • Some experience in registration preferred
