Salary/Hourly Rate:
$20/hr

Position Overview:
The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for the firm, ensuring smooth communication and daily office operations. The ideal Receptionist is reliable, composed under pressure, and understands the importance of discretion in a professional setting. This is a Monday through Friday, in-person role based in Queens, NY.

Responsibilities of the Receptionist:
  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments.
  • Manage front desk scheduling, inboxes, and maintain accurate visitor logs.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Distribute mail, receive packages, and assist with courier and legal filings.
  • Support office administrators with document handling and administrative tasks.
Required Experience/Skills for the Receptionist:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Receptionist or administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor with a service-oriented mindset.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Receptionist:
  • Previous experience in real estate or professional services.
  • Familiarity with local real estate markets.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
