Job Summary 

We are looking for an energetic and multi-talented Receptionist & Marketing Intern. This role is perfect for a student or recent grad who loves interacting with people and has a passion for storytelling and brand building. You will balance professional front-desk duties with creative projects like social media management and event promotion. 


Key Responsibilities 

Front Desk & Brand Experience 

First Impression: Greet visitors and clients, ensuring they have a positive "first touch" with our brand. 

Office Ambassador: Handle incoming inquiries (phone/email) and provide basic information about our services and products. 

Space Management: Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms reflect our brand aesthetic and are stocked & organized. 
 

Marketing & Creative Support 

Social Media Management: Assist in creating and scheduling content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. 

Content Creation: Draft posts, newsletters, or captions; take high-quality photos/videos of office life or products for promotional use. 

Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to help brainstorm new campaign ideas. 

Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and promoting in-office events or community outreach programs. 

Database Growth: Update CRM systems and mailing lists to support lead generation efforts. 

Qualifications & Skills 

Education: Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. 

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Canva, Excel & Sharepoint. 

Social Media Fluency: Understanding of algorithms and engagement strategies across major platforms. 

Writing Skills: Strong copywriting skills with a "brand voice" and an eye for grammar. 

People Skills: High emotional intelligence and the ability to pivot between a professional greeting and a creative brainstorm.
