Receptionist (Full-Time)

 

First Equity Mortgage – Fort Mitchell, KY

First Equity Mortgage is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and support our Sales & Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and greet office visitors
  • Manage shared inboxes and route inquiries
  • Handle mail, packages, and office supply orders
  • Support loan team with document scanning and file organization
  • Assist with reporting, loan file updates, and administrative tasks
  • Maintain a professional front desk environment

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1–3 years of customer service, reception, or administrative experience preferred
  • Mortgage, banking, or real estate experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong multitasking, organization, and communication skills
  • Customer-focused, team-oriented, and detail-driven
