Dog Concierge - Front Desk- Customer Service

Sol Dog Lodge & Training Center is a mission-driven nonprofit dog care campus serving the needs of dogs and the people who love them. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Dog Concierge to join our team and help create a welcoming experience for every client who walks through our doors.

About the Role

As our Dog Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will help ensure every interaction with Sol Dog Lodge is positive, professional, and supportive. From greeting clients to helping manage schedules, your work will keep our daily operations running smoothly.

What You Will Do

  • Welcome clients and their dogs with warmth and professionalism

  • Manage phone, text, and email communication with clients

  • Schedule appointments for boarding, grooming, and training

  • Handle check-ins and check-outs

  • Process payments and maintain accurate client records

  • Ensure vaccination records are current and properly documented

  • Support multiple departments to help keep schedules organized and services running smoothly

What We Are Looking For

  • A genuine love for dogs and the people who care for them

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Excellent organization and attention to detail

  • Comfort working with computer systems and CRM software (GINGR experience is a plus)

  • Ability to multitask in a busy, team-oriented environment

  • Availability on Sundays and flexibility to work additional days up to 25 hours per week
